In comparison with other canned or jarred bean salads I have tried, this is by far the best. I brought my salad to a potluck where everyone thought it was made with Only thing I add is sliced red onion, and I keep it in the fridge It is not necessary to add the onion, that is just how we like it, this salad is good right out of the can without the onion.
Just what I was looking for. Finding these is like searching for a treasure that has been lost for a long time. This bean salad is my favorite and I serve it after it cools in the fridge. There is nothing sweet in it however, the garbanzos are very small and hard in the first can, which is why I gave it a 4 out of 5.
