It's amazing. My husband and I do keto and have made chili without beans. When I saw the beans on your menu, I was delighted. chilies tasted just like regular chili, so definitely stock up when you see them!.
At first, I wasn't convinced, but then I saw it mentioned in a keto youtube video and thought it was worth a try. I really like it! In a taco salad, we enjoyed it, and we will definitely use it in chili and beans and "rice" (cauliflower rice for keto).
This made it a good addition to our Chili since it was low in carbohydrates. It might be a good replacement for the potato for those of you who want to add some beans without taking a big hit on carbohydrates.
