I purchased it because it was available for such a low price!
A great deal of money is being spent. Keto, on the other hand, is a bit extreme in every way.
I'm not sure. The ketogenic diet, however, can be followed.

If you're expecting beans, you're going to be disappointed. I'd still give them five stars because they met all of my dietary requirements and I was pleased with them. However, because everyone's needs differ, this may be the only criterion. For your information, beans will absorb the flavors of the ingredients you mix them with, but these flavors will have to be diluted over time, i. e. Warm or cook the beans first, then mash and cook with the ingredients you would normally use to make authentic refried beans. In general, as long as you can be patient, creative, and have time, you will be fine. I am very pleased with this product and will continue to use it.
It's possible that the three aren't where I thought they were. I didn't specify where our 5 net carbs per can came from, but it's not listed on the can's nutrition label. Total carbs are 11 grams, dietary fiber is 6 grams, and net carbs are 5 grams. Five servings are contained in a single can. There are 16 servings in each can. The net carbs in each can are 5 grams. All of the keto claims, it's safe to say, came from the reviewers, not the manufacturer. However, the can's label does not indicate that it's a keto product, and I bought it because of the positive reviews; it's a costly item, so I'm not returning it.
These are the beans to choose if your diet prohibits you from eating regular beans. I wish they were a little less expensive, but the additional cost is well worth it. I've used them as a substitute for kidney beans in chili, black beans in Latin dishes, and even as a side dish on their own. When you cook with them, the flavors of the food you're making tend to come through. If you like beans, I highly recommend this brand because it has the same texture and flavor as regular beans.
Although I am not a fan of Amazon's pricing in comparison to other retailers, the purpose of this review is not to argue about it. The beans have a similar flavor to other pinto/black beans, but the main difference is that they are not water-soluble. it's fascinating As a result, if you're going to make chili or anything similar, you should cut back on the liquid. Please don't make the same mistake I did; otherwise, your chili will turn to.
In fact, the same product could be found at Natural Grocers, with 11 grams of carbs, 6 grams of fiber, and 5 grams of net carbs on the label. When I contacted Eden Foods for clarification, this is what they told me. The contents of both cans are identical. Because this is a natural product that we do not alter, it is impossible to say that the information on the labels is identical to what is always in the can. We only use the results of the lab tests at the time the label is created. I'd be happy to answer any other questions you might have, and the good news is that your blood sugar levels did not spike.
I never thought these would be a good substitute for kidney or black beans, which I use in a lot of recipes, but they are.
Two cans arrived in a package addressed to me recently. The same can had two dent marks, one of which was fine and the other of which was dented. What was once a good deal has suddenly become a bad deal. Both of them are also ineligible for a return. It was a bummer, but I'm glad it didn't come at a high price. You place an order at your own risk.
They went great with my keto chili, even if it was a little gross washing them off with the goo. I'm glad I found these because I couldn't find them in my regular grocery store.
