We found only four cans that were not dented out of 12. In 8 out of the 8 cans with dented seams, the dent was on the top or bottom, therefore contaminating the can, and thus being unusable.

I received the cans in pretty poor shape most of the time. As a result, I threw away two of them since they had been severely dented and I was concerned that they might puncture. The tops of three of these cans are so dented it will be difficult for them to be opened. It is unlikely that I will.

The product itself is of no concern to me, but every can in this shipment was damaged, and some had to be thrown away (dented/pierced cans) I did not receive additional product.

The only exception to this is Bush's Black Beans. Normally I don't splurge on store-brand beans. The quality, texture, and taste of Bush's Foods is clearly better. By purchasing this bulk pack, I can pay the same for the store brand as I do Bush's!.

It is not necessary to add much flavor to black beans as they already have enough flavor. All you have to do is open the can. As Bush's beans are tender but not mushy like some, they remain crunchy and crisp. For the money, it's a good value with good nutrition.

It was good that none of the cans were dented. In any case More than half of the cans had dent on the rims and were no longer usable. Unfortunately, I did not open the package until after the return window closed and then found them.

The cans were dented to various degrees. I'm not sure how that happened but they were all packed in a cardboard box and were shrink wrapped in plastic. I have not tried it A valid expiration date is not available.
