I contacted the suppliers, and within 48 hours, I received an email from them with a nice explanation and an offer of a replacement, but the replacement never arrived. It's a shame because this item is purchased by every member of my family, but I'm not going to blame the company for its lack of packing experience. My recommendation is to go with a more dependable company that will value you as a customer and will stand behind their products.
I use a Greek cookbook to make the meat/rice mixture, and my wife and daughters usually roll them out, but they seem fragile and small. I asked my daughter what she did differently this time because she rolled these out by herself and they looked nearly perfect. What gives them such a big, professional appearance? Her secret, she said, was to make each roll out of two grape leaves. They were DELICIOUS, by the way! I'm glad I ordered these grape leaves so I can have some on hand.
