Questions & Answers

If you were to cook with this, what would you cook?

Having been a vegetarian for a long time, I have found the recipe to be the best method for me. Cook it until it becomes crispy brown, and it is quite good.

Does this have anything to do with ?

There is not much difference between them. Nuteena in a can just like the old stuff.

Does this have anything to do with ?

It's an impressive array of uses... the nutmeat is more like a hamburger - it's made up of other ingredients that make it more like meat instead of the fruit. A peanut oil substitute called Nutolene is purely derived from peanuts.... They would both be very different tasting products. You can make sauce/dip out of it, or you can cut it into thin slices and stir fry it like tofu.

Nuteena is not doing this
3/5

The flavor of this product is reminiscent of Nuteena from the Loma Linda food line, which I loved and mourned leaving. I received my first can last night and eagerly awaited the moment when I could eat it. My jaw dropped when I saw the texture, which looked nothing In the past, Nuteena was a smooth product that you could easily slice for a sandwich or fry. Nuteena had a smooth texture, whereas this product was chunky and crumbly, with a dark brown color.
Cedar Farms Nuti-Drink was a creamier light product. This crap is so much more similar to Nuteena in both taste and looks than loaf. There will never be a time when I would recommend it to someone else. My goal is for them to enjoy the product I recommend, not hate me for it. As a matter of fact, I would return the nasty food and get my money back if I could do so. There is no way I can get rid of that taste in.

This is an update for July 7, 2020. It was such a mistake not to pay attention to what was happening. It would be difficult for you to imagine my total shock and disappointment upon receiving my package. One CAN of it was available for $14, yes, ladies and gentlemen, one freakin can. It is highway robbery to steal $00 from someone. There are no flavors in my can yet because I haven't opened it, so I can't comment on the taste This will be updated by tomorrow, when it is prepared. My freezer needs to be stocked with To prepare it, I will do so in the same manner that I prepared In addition to mayo and various seasonings, I will add frozen peas, celery, onions, and relish to the salad. Place some toast on top and spread some jam on it. The price of $14 a pop makes it even more essential that it tastes This is my update #******UPDATE******* That was my promise of a blog update, and I'm doing it. NUTEENA, the nuti loaf, was prepared the same way I would cook it. This was an absolutely fantastic dish that I was delighted to taste. This brand does not have a firm feel, which is my one complaint. Nutena had a more mushy consistency than Nuteena it was able to be sliced and fried it was firm so it would have been easy to slice up and fry. Having been craving NUTEENA for years, I was so happy that it fulfilled my need.

While I love all the other loma Linda products I have tried, and I was raised with real meat, there is no amount of ketchup in the world to mask the taste In addition, there are The price of the tiny can is so outrageous that I am not even sure how I ended up ordering it. According to the person who compared this to cat food, I would say we are talking about the same thing. If you are adventurous and want to try something new, this is NOT the one for you.

I highly recommend this product! Amazon is the best! There is no store near me that sells this delicious product

With a wonderfully firm texture and a salty nutty flavor, it is sure to delight. In place of meat, it works well. It is a pleasure to work with Amazon - my first can was dented, but they promptly replaced it with a perfectly sealed brand new can! Don't be afraid to buy!.

This versatile and tasty dish is great for any occasion

An ideal meat substitute for vegetarians, I think. Since I ate it as a child 50 years ago, it has not changed in taste or flavor. To serve with homemade whole grain toast and homemade olive oil with tomatoes and onions, or mashed up and spread with mayonnaise and chopped onions on crackers, I sauté them in olive oil with tomatoes and onions.

and here we are, It reminded me of eating cat food, even though I usually love their products. Considering the fact that this product would probably make something good for someone with extensive cooking skills, it deserves 3 stars.

It may turn out to be your new favorite!

It is according to my memory that this tastes like the vintage Worthington Numete I remember from my childhood. The patties are made of peanuts that have been ground up into a baked type pate'. I'm surprised to find out that they aren't the same kind of texture or taste. It was too salty for me to stand the taste and I had to discard it as my pets would not eat There was nostalgia in my driving and I was seeking the old flavours of the past like "Numbete", "Sandwich Spread" and "BarBSue". As a child I grew up with Loma Linda and Worthington meat substitutes, so you could say I'm an 'old fashioned' person.

I remember it not being 100% as it was

The item I'm going to describe is a unique item, my parents bought this product when I was growing up under a different name, it was called Numeat, then when I got older this product was almost the same thing, but with a slight change.
