Most people are satisfied with the product it tastes OK, but it needs extra moisture and Did I make a mistake?)?.
There was no difficulty in making these veggie burgers, and the patty was of a nice texture. In terms of taste, they were closer to falafel than veggie burgers. If I were to make them again, I'd probably add peppers, tofu, or even more beans to make them taste more like a classic veggie burger.
It is great product. I will be a regular customer in the future.
It can be made easily. This was a good tasting food.
The ingredients are We used mung beans, lentils, moringa, onion, red peppers, green peas, chickpea, tapioca, black pepper, garlic, ginger, flax, sunflower seeds, cilantro, cochayuyo, sea salt. Cooking and assembling the item is easy. Then add 2. Probably as a result of the tapioca and flax, which are natural thickeners, forming a thick, sturdy dough for the burgers that retain shape very well. Photograph (see below. * * . 3). Despite the fact that they are not organic, they have healthy ingredients. Flax and sunflower seeds contain healthy fats, as well as a lot of protein and fiber. 1. Cons
1. A combination of pea protein (which is one of the worst vegan protein powders you will find) and dehydrated mushrooms produces an unpleasant rather musty odor in the raw dough, especially given that there are few spices to alleviate it. The first batch of burgers I made used only the contents of one "sachet," with no additional ingredients to mitigate the flavors. We had to heavily disguise the taste of the burgers with lots of ketchup, leading to my husband and I eating fish and chips instead. I spiced up the burger dough a bit for the second batch I made It definitely improved the taste and smell of the resulting burgers. I used 1 teaspoon curry powder, 1/4 teaspoon onion powder, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. 1. *bridge*bridge2. There are strange directions on the package, which suggest using the cellophane packet bag that the powdered burger mix comes in when measuring out water, and using a spoon instead of a teaspoon to measure out oil. Precision is what I look for in In a sachet bag, you get about 3/4 cup of powder, and half of that is about Bean Burgers can be baked or fried in oil. My Experience Making Bean Burgers
These burgers taste great either baked or fried. I cooked the burgers using an air fryer in the following way 1. 1.
. Two low-pressure boilers needed to be greased Air fryers are usually equipped with ceramic salad bowls, which I use to cook bean burgers. Since bean burgers tend to stick and flavor is diminished when they're greased well, that's why I like to use nonstick sprays These crumble and break on the wire mesh tray, which is the bottom tray. 1.
2. Making the burger dough was as easy as following the instructions on the package. I used a scale of 3 for the final step A spring-loaded teaspoon It worked well to use the release dipper, since 3 tablespoons is the perfect measurement per patty. Then I pressed each one flat into a patty shape by putting two in each bowl. Photograph (see below. 3. a)

2. For each bowl of patties, I cooked them at 400° for 4 minutes in my air fryer. Afterward, I flipped the patties over and cooked them two more minutes at 400 degrees. The outside of the cookies was crisp, and the inside was moist but firm.
Tapioca not included in the list of healthy ingredients. hard to find healthy foods these days, and Veggie Burgers are no exception. I will be upfront with you My personal preference is to avoid mushrooms. The flavor I hoped would not be dominated by them. This is a good thing Although the frozen VB's that aren't full of sugar (Dr Prager's and I made it. High starch) and high glycemic index Compare that to the other 2 brands I mentioned (both of which taste better) that contain Canola Oil & Salt The presence of salt in a meal is not ideal. In the unlikely event that you didn't know, the most popular brands (Quorn, Gardein, Morningstar & Co. Normally, Boca) are loaded with sugar. The Broccoli & Tomato soup at Trader Joe's is also tasty Burgers made with carrots). Although it is not vegan (includes Egg whites) and also contains cornstarch & salt, some people may find this to be an issue. Four salt cubes for $2 is the best bargain of everything I have mentioned so far. The Hillarie's are packed with high fat coconut oil, which is why they are so popular. Returning to the product at hand, I think the flavor is rather average & the overall appearance is decent While they take a little more effort to make, along with the Original Sunshine, they're also A & B The original Sunshine company has gone out of business, although it is still available online (see today's price on the Amazon site! I am healthy.
Despite my preference for beans and mushrooms, I am not opposed to eating meat alternatives such as patties made from soy or quinoa. There are four packets of power inside the box, and each packet can be used to make two generously-sized bites of power The patties should be of a certain size. I made this in no time at all. mix the powder with some oil and water, and then pour it into a bowl. In addition to the powder, you have to add half a satchel of water to it after it has rested for a couple of minutes to form a patty. The only negative in the directions is that it tells you to cook for 3 minutes per side in oil. Due to the fact that I forgot about it and threw out the satchel after emptying it, I was forced to guess how much water was in it. This measurement could have been provided with more precision, it seems. The water might have tasted better in something other than this piece of flimsy plastic. Regardless, if I hadn't thrown out the bag, I might have chosen something else. I followed the cook instructions carefully and ended up with two patties that had a nice crust on both sides and held together well. There was a fluffy interior and a little bit of denseness to it. It was also mentioned that falafel could be compared in texture, and I agree with him. I liked both the flavor and texture of the dish, but I felt as though it could have been seasoned a bit more. The flavor was earthy and had a taste of beans and mushrooms as you'd expect. The next time I make this, I'll probably add at least some salt and pepper to the mixture.
