The current trend is for frozen or dehydrated foods, but this one fits the bill for a quick and easy meal to prepare. br>I slice a little to make a burger and it's a great substitute for the real thing.

When I opened the can, it didn't look or smell great, but it tasted fine. I made chili out of it. It is less expensive than purchasing a plant. chili with a tomato base.
