The shipment arrived very late. I am very disappointed. I noticed that the shells were not wrapped separately, though they appeared carefully wrapped. A total of 12 of them were packaged in each package. A total of five shells were damaged out of 24 ordered. Rather than returning the entire shipment, I chose to keep the 19 good shells, since that seems to be the only option, since I needed them for my craft project. In any case, it would be best if I could return the 5 broken shells and receive new ones.
About half of the shipments were cracked or completely broken when they arrived. In addition to the news paper wrapping, there was no padding or protection on the shells. I believe the defects were present before the products were shipped because the cracks in the shells are large. Shipped in a safe box, they did not sustain any damage. This shipment of shells was of very poor quality. I am disappointed.
