Thank you for the information. It took me a while to find it. called Tyson with regards to this product I was told it has a shelf life of 3 years. On the package, there is also a "best by" date. did not see it when I searched for The Tyson's Customer Service agent also advising not to consume the product if it was more than three months past the "best by" date or if there was no date on it! Thus, I examined the packaging more closely, trying to find the date on it I have come to the fore in my "CSI" training! The "best by" date and some code numbers are located on the back of the package in the lower left hand corner. You can barely discern them, but if you hold the package at the right angle, you can see them As the early morning sun filtered through the window in the kitchen, I began the work If you check the site, you will find the information. Sweet Sue's tastes a little bit dryer than this particular product looks like. This was my reason for choosing Tyson (this product). The reason is that Sweet Sue can't seem to keep it in stock, and it's also considerably cheaper. It's too bad. The meat usually gets eaten a few times a week by me. The situation is just not right for I don't mind it at all.
