I have no idea how many calories are in each dog because they come bulk packed in a plastic bag in a box. I repack them into quart freezer bags (five fits perfectly) and throw them in the freezer. Although they are not as "greasy" as most franks and hotdogs, should you be eating hotdogs if "calories" are a major concern of yours? The best jumbo franks on the market are these 5/1 jumbo franks! However, if you buy two cases, each weighing five pounds, the cost per dog drops dramatically.
I've had no problems keeping them in my freezer for over a year, tightly wrapped. The key is to wrap them well.

When we lived in San Francisco, I had a "souce," but now that we've moved to Seattle, I'm experiencing withdrawal symptoms. Then I remembered that I could order them, and I was overjoyed once more. I use sport peppers, celery salt, and steamed buns to create an authentic Chicago hot dog experience. FANTASTIC!.
The hot dogs were absolutely delicious. The quality of Vienna Beef meets or exceeds expectations, but shipping is a different story. This 1- My one-star rating reflects my thoughts on the unusual shipping. The cost of same-day shipping for perishables is prohibitive, but I am willing to accept those conditions. But I'm anticipating two. Not six days, but one. day. My order was shipped on a Wednesday, and the tracking information indicated that it would arrive on Friday. I received exactly what I had hoped for and for which I had paid. I double-checked the tracking information after my order failed to arrive. The order ended up in a warehouse 130 miles away from my home, where it sat for three nights: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday before being delivered on Monday. The hot dogs were ice cold and tasted great. Despite having paid for 2-day shipping, I received standard shipping. day. It's not good enough.
omg. I've never tried vienna beef jumbo franks before, but they "taste like more. " "They're delectable, with an addictive flavor that's both juicy and not overly salty. " The price, including shipping, necessitates a fainting couch, but I'd pay it again because I haven't seen one for sale in my area. Then I discovered the vienna dusseldorf mustard, which I had never tried before. When you combine them, you get nirvana. Since I first discovered it, I've been putting it on everything.
These jumbo franks should be your only choice if you enjoy hot dogs. Even the smaller ones available directly from Vienna Beef don't have the same flavor as these rascals! Whether you prefer your dogs with mustard, onion, mustard, onions, and cheese, or a little mustard, chillie sause, and a little onion topped with cheese, these franks will do the trick! These hot dogs are the filet migion of the hot dog world!.

They also sell Vienna Beef 5-pound boxes of jumbo dogs, as well as neon relish, celery salt, and other condiments. Living in Libertyville, I grew up with this stuff and miss foods like a good Chicago dog [and good pizza, but that's another story]. Good hot dogs are simply no longer available in stores.
