What percentage of Wagyu does this contain? It doesn't appear to be as marbled as others I've seen. ?

100% Australian Wagyu this is real Wagyu this is real Wagyu this is Because this is an MS 3, it will be less marbled than higher grades. It is still, however, a very high-quality meat.
