Questions & Answers

Wait. What does it mean that there aren't any "added" hormones or antibiotics?

I'm not sure what they mean by "added," but anyone who knows a little more than the buzz on "organic" Facebook pages knows that the meat you buy will not contain any antibiotic residues. "No antibiotics" is the same marketing strategy as "organic sea salt" because of FDA regulations and the withdrawal period before slaughter.

I'm curious about the origins of this beef. ?

The ground beef was chucky in grain, thick, and tasted like steak. It was just ground, so you made meatloaf with the rest.

Is it possible to make hamburgers with this ground beef?

Yes. Simply use ground beef that is extremely lean. I use it to make burgers, but only with non-shrinking beef.

WHERE DOES THIS BEEF COME FROM? To begin, I only consume pastured-raised meat
3/5

grass-fed beef that has been raised on the farm. I was really looking forward to trying this well-reviewed brand, but I was sorely disappointed. It had a distinct flavor. It doesn't exist. There were a lot of chunks of something you couldn't chew. What's the difference between tripe and cartilage? Not sure. It was a completely unpleasant dining experience. I'm not sure if I got a bad batch, but I'd be wary of placing an order. It's a steep price to pay for a tasteless, gristly product.

Gristle-filled meat is expensive and disgusting
3/5

This has left me feeling extremely disappointed - There was a lot of gristle in the meat, and the flavor wasn't very good. I will not buy this product again because of the poor quality control. Even my husband, who isn't the best chewer, found a few gristle bites in his burger. As a conclusion. Ground beef that is yucky and gross, but sells for a high price.

That is not the case for me
3/5

This ground beef contained an excessive amount of vein particles and fat chunks. I made it for tacos and found it to be unappealing, with a fibrous texture and a non-descriptive taste. Unfortunately, the organic store-brand is superior. This was my first time trying it because it had a nice presentation and good reviews, but I prefer the organic ground beef from Albertsons.

It's not a good idea to do that! This is the worst ground beef package I've ever bought
3/5

I noticed a lot of gristle and veiny white pieces while browning the meat, which I tried to remove as I cooked. While preparing dinner, I stripped off as much as I could. Now, as I was finishing my dish, I bit into something that was so hard it hurt my tooth; it wasn't bone because it was brown and more like a hard cartilage consistency; it wasn't bone because it was brown and more like a hard cartilage consistency. I took a second bite and found nothing hard, but the meat is tasteless to the point of indifference. It has no flavor at all. It's so disappointing to come across such a low-quality product at such a high price; I'll never buy anything like this again! I wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase. Beware!.

Beef with no flavor
3/5

Beef with no flavor and a foul odor. I was extremely disappointed. Normally grass fed beef is excellent, but not this brand; I couldn't bring myself to finish the meal.

Strange odor
3/5

I can't eat foods high in histamine because of a medical condition. Beef, particularly ground beef, can cause minor symptoms in me, but my medications keep them at bay. So I occasionally eat beef to add variety to my diet (low histamine diets are a pain). Well. To begin with, this beef smelled like feces. I'm not referring to the odor of freshly cut grass. grass-fed and fed beef that has been finished. It smelled like poop. Second, I bought it three times in a row and it elicited the most violent reactions, which I rarely experience with beef (I usually experience mild headaches). On paper, it all looks good, but it's not good for my health. Regular non-alcoholic beverages It's been fine with the gourmet ground beef.

It's not bad, but I'm going to get my ground beef somewhere else
3/5

The beef was tender and flavorful. However, there were several small pieces of gristle in it that I couldn't chew and had to spit out. This has never happened to me with ground beef from Kroger or Publix. I won't be buying ground beef from this establishment again. The beef was sourced from Australia and New Zealand, according to the package, even though it was USDA inspected.

There's a lot of gristle in this place
3/5

Grass-fed and -finished animals? Who cares; I've never had to spit out so much gristle in my life, and it tastes no better than regular beef. If I'm going to spend a little more money, I might as well get Buffalo meat, because at the very least I'll know what I'm getting.
