Wine with a price tag of $30 per bottle
5/5

This wine kit has been in my possession for several years. Even for beginners, the instructions are excellent. This wine has a wonderful ageing potential. Allow at least 4 months for it to work its way out in the bottles. This is fantastic at the age of 8 to 12 months. Friends and family members have told me that this is some of the best wine they've ever tasted. It's impossible to find a better deal. This costs around $139 at Southern Home Brew in Florida, or about $4 per bottle. Depending on how much you lose during the racking process, it should yield about 28 bottles. For those with more experience in winemaking, I recommend adding Malolactic bacteria to the final rack and allowing it to sit for at least one month before bottling. There isn't a better kit on the market that I've found. The wine is dark, dry, and fruity, as well as bold (rather than thin, as some other wines are). You can oak during primary fermentation for a bold oak flavor (as recommended by the kit) or during racking for a subtle oak flavor.

Allow it to develop naturally
5/5

After 35 years of making wine from flats of grape blends, I've relocated to Wyoming and continue to enjoy crafting a table red, as Grampa taught me many years ago; he was a HUGE Chianti fan and many bottles were enjoyed. Because it's difficult to find flats of grapes out here in the boonies, we've resorted to kits, and this batch is by far the best we've ever made, with the skins adding a lot of color and flavor. I believe this is due in part to the fact that I made two kits in September of 20 and just finished bottling the last one today, Columbus Day, for all the Italians out there. I hid the 6 gallon carbouy in the guest room closet, and for this batch, I added 1 cup of toasted American Oak during fermentation, which makes it so smooth. I'm here to place an order for two more kits for next year's fun! Salute.

This wine is fantastic! Since 1972, I've been a vintner
5/5

This kit is designed for experienced winemakers, but even a novice can succeed if they follow the instructions. It's currently being fermented in a secondary fermenter. I'm going to bottle it in gallon jugs because I despise bottling. It will improve with time. br> It has a five-year shelf life. As long as the right amount of sulfates is added, it will last for 15 years. br>It's delicious with meat and pasta! If it's anything like the previous super tuscan, it'll be high in alcohol (12%). 16%).

Yummy
5/5

Before writing a review, I waited for the wine to be ready to drink. It was a lot of fun to make, and we had a wine-making party with our friends, and everything went smoothly. The wine is delicious; it's a little sweeter than I expected, but it's still very good; I'll buy it again.

Hands down, the best value for money kit! For the money, this is the best equipment available
5/5

Simply combine llalzyme EX- and water. Opti-V, FT Rouge, and V are some of the most popular models. Red at the start of fermentation, followed by a pack of Super Smoother at bottling to make it drink like a $75 bottle in three months. 6 months.

What a fantastic kit! Wow! Just wow
5/5

On October 5th, I began working on this kit. Today, November 26th, I completed the final racking. It's fantastic already. After primary, I did a 4-week extended masseration on the skins. It has a smoky, dark berry flavor to it, as well as a wide range of mouthfeel. I added FT Rouge to my primary, and wow, is it good. Exceeded my expectations, and I believe it will age beautifully due to the tannin content.

They carefully package the kit to keep it safe! Wow! This box is quite heavy, and I'm always concerned about it being damaged in transit
