The choice is entirely up to the individual. This wine kit has been ordered before it is still a wine kit for now, but it will eventually become a finished product. You can choose either "sweet" or "dry" Riesling, based on your personal preference. We enjoy dry foods very much, as it is very good and very enjoyable.

The instructions are clear enough that even a new brewer can understand them. At the end there was a wonderful glass of wine. It's hard not to like it, is it not?.

I have found that all the product I have produced (this is my third one) does not qualify for clearing and I have to buy additional products in order to make it work.
