All I can say is that there is an asterisk beside corn starch, soybean oil, and other ingredients that indicate that they are non-GMO. gmo. As a result, I'd guess that non-profits aren't allowed. There are no gmo products used, and there are no gmo products in them. On the Amazon site, you can enlarge the image and read the ingredients and notes. I hope this has been of assistance.
Cooking in the microwave is not recommended, according to the package instructions. br>However, these fish sticks are one of my favorites. It tastes great and isn't at all fishy.

They appear to be so. But I'm not sure.
I'm not sure how many I cook, but it's between eight and ten. We eat about four of them at a time, 10 at a time for two people. 5 dinners for the price of one. So. maybe 50?

These are delicious and simple to prepare. They were enjoyed by both of us. My wife, unfortunately, developed such severe hives that she had to go to the hospital. We can't blame the fish sticks for what happened. She has never had a problem eating other brands. It began two hours after eating, and everything else consumed was a repeat of the previous meal. If you have an allergy, proceed with caution. Because she is allergic to shellfish, the label specifies that it was prepared in the same facility as them.
These are something I really enjoy. They have the perfect balance of fish, breading, and crispiness. The flavor is spot on. It's just a nice, mild white fish with a cod-like flavor. A quick and easy meal. Cook for 7 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 7 minutes on the other side. All done.
The top and bottom breadings were thicker than the teeny-tiny fish inside, which couldn't have been more than 5/16" thick. Don't ask about flavor; each bite has twice as much breading as fish, so it's deserving of a one-star rating.
It's like having an endless supply of fish sticks. When all the other supplies run out, this is a great thing to have on hand. They have a pleasant flavor and crisp up faster than most.
These fish sticks are delicious, and they remind me of the ones my mother used to buy at the base commissary when I was a kid. The majority of store-bought fish sticks are mostly batter with very little fish. Because the fish sticks have a thin coating, they don't taste like crunchy batter and instead taste like fish. Unfortunately, I can't be the only one who enjoys them because they're becoming increasingly difficult to come by.
These are the most flavorless fish sticks I've ever encountered. It's possible that the fish isn't bad on its own. I can't think of a way to make the fish part go wrong - It has a mild fish flavor and is tender and flaky. They don't have a strong fishy odor that lingers all night after you prepare them. The real issue here is the breading. It is flavorless and crunchy. It tastes like cardstock wrapped around a piece of fish, in my opinion.
It's hard to beat breading. Such a quick and easy meal. We adore it. In the freezer, I usually keep one or two bags on hand.
