I'm not sure, but they appear to be quite small. It's a little smaller than I expected, and the crumbs are very easy to remove. If it sounds like the ones from the 1960s, it's because it is!
They could be, but they'll be soggy and rubbery when they're done. To make them crispy and delicious, toast them in a toaster or in a conventional oven.

For a single individual- size of a person: br>6 fish sticksbr>3 corn tortillasbr>Shredded or thinly sliced cabbagebr>Ranch dressingbr>br>Shred enough cabbage for three soft tacos while the fish sticks broil in the toaster oven and the corn tortillas warm on top. Mix in the ranch dressing with the cabbage to keep it together and prevent it from falling out of your taco. On each tortilla, place two cooked fish sticks on a bed of dressed cabbage and eat! In less than 10 minutes, you can have dinner on the table.
The fish sticks are much more durable than other fried fish items I've purchased. The breading adds a nice crunch to the dish. It also goes well with my tartar sauce, whereas the other fried fish products don't. So far, all indications indicate that this is the superior fish product.
Two of these tiny fish fingers, I believe, contain more fish than most so-called filets! In a toaster oven, they actually get crispy! It's also delicious! br>br>Note on Sustainability: I haven't looked into their fish sources yet, but I'm hoping they're farmed.
The proportion of actual fish to breading is unsatisfactory. I had hoped for a lot more actual meat. They are tasty, and I appreciate that the fish is sustainable, but I will not purchase them again.
Paul's fish are reasonably priced. We don't eat fish sticks very often, but we decided to try these. We were taken aback by how well everything went. They were a good size, and unlike some fish sticks, they did not shrink in the oven. Good taste, and you get a lot for your money; we got six meals for the two of us out of this bag. I'm hoping that Amazon Fresh will restock them soon.
These are fantastic if you prefer a higher breading-to-fish ratio. There are few to no fish in these ponds right now. I'm not sure if this was the case before with all the five-star reviews, but there are better FS out there in my opinion.
They're thin and crunchy, but not "I'm eating an entire filet of fish!" y'know?.
These fish sticks are actually quite tasty. The breading is delicious, and the fish is delicious as well. In general, I'll opt for these over Gordon's.
