I couldn't find any information on how many sugars, carbohydrates, or proteins are in each serving, or what a serving is. ?

1 g sugars incl. 1/3 crust (50 g) 1 gram of added sugar, 17 grams of carbohydrates, and 6 grams of protein

When the ingredients list both cheese/milk and eggs, how do you market these as being plant-based?

A plant must be included in at least one of the top three ingredients. A lot of the time, plant-based diets aren't good for you. Although animal-based products are vegan, they are not required by the definition. Within the Rich's Home brand, we have a variety of delicious vegan options that we hope you will try!

How are they packaged, when the front cover says two packs and the inside says one pack of six?

You will receive three packages, each containing two crusts, for a total of six crusts.

Flavor is outstanding

We used to get our zucchini pizza crust from Costco, but as with so many other things there, once they're gone, they're gone. I looked elsewhere for the same brand, but it was not available. So I looked up Rich's on Amazon and saw that they had good reviews, so we decided to give them a shot. Wow, these are incredible, and I'm glad Costco no longer carries them because I wouldn't have discovered Rich's otherwise! I am grateful to Rich's for producing a superior product and caring about people who prefer an alternative crust; I appreciate your business.

We first discovered zucchini pizza crusts at Costco, but couldn't find them again until I came across them on Amazon

These are tasty, but don't mistake them for pizza crusts - they're not. Food crusts are all that. They're nothing like the crusts you'd get from a restaurant. However, we enjoy the flavor and the fact that they are much healthier than regular crusts. We'll be back to order!.

It's simple and tasty! I love how simple it is to make these! I fried it for a few minutes in the air fryer and it came out perfectly crispy! I enjoy the flavor, which is well-seasoned but not overpowering
