These are the best collagen snack stick casings I've tried after trying about five others. They're not too thin or thick, and they're very easy to work with. I was hesitant to purchase these because of the cost, but I believe they are well worth it. I also purchased high-temperature cheddar from the same company, which worked well in snack sticks.
