So, what exactly is there? Is there any butter or milk products in it, specifically?

I like the flavor of this and the protein pack because it's easy to heat and has a reasonable calorie count. It heats evenly, and all of the ingredients maintain a consistent texture. Be aware that it appears to leave a lingering odor in the microwave after a few days. It's not unpleasant; it just has a distinct spice aroma.

IT WAS GOOD UNTIL THEY RECENTLY CHANGED THE RECIPE, AT WHICH TIME IT BECAME TERRIBLE. THIS WAS MY GO-TO VEGAN MEAL, AND NOW I HAVE TO FIND SOMETHING ELSE UNDER A BRAND NEW NAME.

Don't expect it to be "hot and spicy," as I prefer my food mild, but it's tastier than most frozen dinners and, of course, very convenient. I'm going to purchase it once more.

Delicious and incredibly simple/quick to make. I'm willing to pay a little more for the convenience of the microwave to plate option, which takes only 5 minutes. I'm not sure how many servings this bag is supposed to have, but it's enough for my husband and me.

Without the sauce, it's perfect

It would have been perfect if it hadn't been for the sauce. I would have given it a three-star rating if it had been available. When reheated, however, it gained one back. It had a more appealing flavor.
