In order to make these, I microwaved them for 3 minutes, then fried them in a frying pan for about 6 minutes, and I only turned them over once during the process. I like it very much because it is crispy and tasty. On the stove, make sure they're at medium heat.
I gave these an 8 out of 10 for taste as a new vegan. There is indeed a mild fish taste to them.

Oh my gosh I think this is my favorite Fake meat product. The fishless filets were virtually identical to the fish-type filets, but had no realistic taste or feel. They flake just like real fish would, and both the taste and smell are identical to that of real fish. They were horribly realistic in the way they were cooked and we were shocked at how good they were. I have never experienced anything like this before. It makes me feel comfortable to be in my own skin, so I've never loved being vegetarian more. The fishless filets are delicious, and they help the environment. Take action now by buying them!.
I am extremely happy with the During the time when Gardein products were on sale, I tried to reduce my meat consumption for the sake of the environment. I love how realistic these are.
