The food is placed in a sieve, which is then placed in a shallow bowl. The flavored sauce is found in the bottom bowl. Turn the sieve over and dump the food into the bottom bowl with the sauce when you're finished nuking it. You combine the ingredients and consume them. br>br>In the end, you'll have two plastic bowls, each about 5-inches in diameter. 6 inches in diameter For a single light meal, that's a lot of food. It's not a good idea in terms of the environment. The amount of litter you produce exceeds the amount of food you consumed.

There was no flavor, and it wasn't spicy either. Rice has a bland flavor that reminds me of frozen food. The chicken is so small, and I'm not even a meat eater. It is not a worthwhile investment.

The flavor is fantastic! At least for me, the portion size is adequate and the flavor is outstanding. This is one of the few decisions I've made in my life that I haven't regretted. It's a little spicy, but not too bad. I strongly advise it.
