I think this is the closest thing to pure protein and vegetable microwave dinner for keto dieters that I have There are parts that get repetitive, and I do eat other foods besides those listed above The same goes for frozen items

Even with the microwave blasting, I wouldn't expect much vitamin content to remain in the broccoli, but maybe a few do, and broccoli fiber is good for the gut. Although the beef is average tasting, it still tastes good. Additionally, I found the product to be better than the "Atkins Beef Merlot" product, which I reviewed as well.

In a rich brown gravy, a lot of broccoli and steak were served. It is something I would keep in my freezer if it were available more than once every six months. I will say that most of the steak was tender, with just a few pieces that were chewy and tough. Although it wasn't the best meal, it was still pretty good. It would be great if it were stocked more often so that I could actually purchase it more than once.

Protein and veggies are both in there, and the overall low carb count makes it an excellent option when I need to eat something more substantial than a snack but don't want something heavy. In addition to the beef cuts, there are also some decent pork cuts.

the most. No meal Ive ever had has compared to this! There's a noise coming from my stomach. Is yours growling too? Despite the fact that this is a really delicious dish, I wish there was more steak and mushrooms. If it was a more fulfilling meal, I would actually pay more.

It can be disappointing from time to time

There are times when the beef is very good in this meal- The chewy texture is a delicious treat. Other times it tastes like meat that fell to the floor and was used an hour or two Whenever I order the sauce and vegetables, I am always happy with the results. Even though I normally rave about this brand, you never know what you're going to get with this one. There is no guarantee of that.
