When I read some of the reviews, I worried about the quality since some reviewers complained that the powder was hard and did not dissolve well. was able to mix the junket into milk and whipping cream and pop it in my ice cream maker without any trouble. The meal was delicious. Adding extra vanilla flavoring might be the only thing I do in the future with the vanilla. The rating has been lowered due to the situation. In an attempt to make strawberry ice cream, I found that the mix was as hard as a brick. The mix was kept in a dark closet for a long time so it shouldn't have hardened such a way. In the beginning I had no problem, but in the end I had to throw out a couple. I've been using Triple Scoop Ice Cream mix for their ice cream and have not had a problem with it.
It was the perfect mix bundle for my Cuisinart soft serve ice cream maker. If you want flavors that can be recognized, this is the way to go. One of my memories is when the Mr Softee truck stopped at my house when I was a child, so the chocolate and vanilla flavors are like a memory of that experience.

My Cuisinart ICE-200 serves me well I am going to mix and serve 45P1. The Soft Service Ice Cream Maker I purchased on Amazon comes in a 25-quart size. In the end, the ice cream was too thick for the machine's rotor to turn and took too much effort to come out of As a result, I increased the amount of milk from 1 1/4 to 2 cups and I decreased the amount of heavy cream from 3/4 to 1. The water was still thick but finally emerged from the downspout, but it was still too thick to drain. The next time I make it, I'm going to add 2 1/4 cups milk and 1 cup cream to see if that's the secret ingredient.
In the past, I have received this product and have made wonderful ice cream with it. One of the last orders was damaged, however. I can't use the mixes in my ice cream maker since they are hard and have crystallized. There is no way to return these despite the fact that it is about two weeks since they were purchased. I enjoyed this recipe much more than the one I made previously. As of yet I have only tried the chocolate part of this assortment, which was incredibly tasty. That was a much better recipe than the one I tried using a few months ago that was rather complicated. Utilize this mix instead of going through the trouble of mixing it yourself. Before freezing, I added a raw egg to the mixture to make it extra thick and creamy.
