I'm not sure if it's lactose-free, but I do know that my daughter drinks lactose-free milk and has no problems. However, you must use half-and-half and heavy whipping cream. If you can find some, it will be lactose-free. People substitute coconut milk for half and half, and since half and half has a low fat content, you may not need to do so, but I would definitely look for alternatives online. But I have to say, that triple scoop ice cream is the best I've ever had!
That's a fascinating inquiry. I'm sure it's possible, but I've never tried it. Please post your results after you've tried it.

Based on the positive feedback, we were eager to make this. We even threw in a bunch of fresh strawberries to make it extra special. This has a frozen milk flavor to it. period. Once made, there is no discernible strawberry flavor. It was lumpy, and I had to crush the hard lumps, which I didn't have to do with the chocolate version (which is good). What I don't like about both of them is that they have a grainy texture to them. It would be better to make your own ice cream. The purchase was not worthwhile. We're not going to use the second pouch at all.
With precise measurements, the Triple Scoop Ice Cream mixes are the easiest to use. In comparison to other Ice Cream mixes I've tried, this one has a fantastic flavor. If you're looking for the best mix and flavor, Triple Scoop Ice Cream mix is the way to go.
Strawberry flavor is awful, and it's way too sweet. The texture was also an issue for me. I used heavy cream and milk in this recipe. It was thrown away by me. The chocolate flavor and texture were delicious, but they were also quite sweet.

I was desperate for homemade ice cream that was of professional quality and tasted great. I had the strawberry flavor and it was delicious. I was initially hesitant because it was a powder, but it turned out to be delicious. It was a big hit at the party, and I'm looking forward to making the chocolate! It tasted as if I had put real strawberries in it.
There's so much flavor here! I use 1. 5 c. half and half, plus one 5 cups heavy cream, plus some chopped fresh berries for extra strawberry chunks.
One of the best ice creams I've ever made; it was creamy, smooth, and delicious, and I'll definitely order it again. I made it for our family picnic, and everyone who tried a scoop loved it; I'll definitely buy it again.
So, while I liked the strawberry flavor, my girlfriend didn't. She claimed to be able to detect the generic blend. So the verdict is in, and I can see where she's coming from.
Made on July 4, 2018 for the grandkids to try homemade ice cream for the first time. They liked it, but I didn't think it was as creamy as some of the others. Make a plan to use something to assist you with this. It had a nice flavor. Red food coloring, on the other hand, might be useful.
