After a repot into a small terracotta pot, the leaves are dying off? No overwatering now that she is in indirect bright light? Has she been moved from direct to indirect bright light?

The shipping process or the repot may have caused the stress. It's also normal for the plant to shed some leaf tissue during the growth process. If you keep it outdoors, you should be able to enjoy it.

I recently purchased a home and wonder how the sun and temperature will affect it. What is the climate of this place? Was it a northerly or a warm ?

During the Roman period, Julian lived under a tree
5/5

It's not unusual for my son to love Bonsai trees. In fact, when he called me and told me he loved the scrawny little one in the photo, he told me he wanted Having said that, I pointed out to him that there are so many others that are far more attractive. Luckily, he told me not to worry about it, I would make it pretty over time. There was a plan to deliver it As opposed to being late, it was There was an issue with it on As I pulled it out of the box, I was shocked at the quality and beauty of it. This picture shows what I mean. Those leaves on the tree are stunning. There will be a lot of joy in my son's eyes when he sees The tree is one of the best I have ever seen. I recommend it to anyone who loves Neither the tree's leaves nor the branches were broken as it was well packed. Exactly what I wanted. Excellent job.

Here are some initial success recommendations
5/5

I am impressed with the quality of this $35 product. It's so cute how it's shaped like an "S". Despite its appearance, the packaging is excellent, no damage to the plant or soil, and the soil is still moist.

I am writing this review to assist with the transition from what comes in to what needs to happen at the beginning of the process. A brief version is as follows 1) Make sure it's hydrated twice a day for three to five days in a south-facing window. 1) Repot the plant in new soil as soon as possible after it has recuperated from shipment. The long version is as follows As with my other Bonsai plants with fresh/normal soil, I mistakenly watered it every two days like I do with them. In 10% of the leaves, which I read is typical, they turned yellow and dropped. If they had been watered more often, it could have been avoided. It was in heaven after a week since I replanted it in new soil, with new leaves starting to grow. A few observations 1) The soil it comes in is on its last leg, as 2) The rootball is very compact. After opening an opened root ball it is clear that there are large roots covering 90% of the rootball in a pot that is 3 inches diameter and new roots growing in the last 1 inch circumference in the 4 inch pot. There is a limit to the amount of water a plant can absorb at a given time. Here are recommendations *1) Make sure you already have your new container, soil, drain rocks, screens, and optional humidity bowls/pools. 3) Drink water twice a day in a window facing the south for at least 3 days. 3) Day 3, new soil is added to the pot. Despite not removing any roots, I was aggressive with my chopstick and managed to cleanly separate the large, wrapped roots from the tight center. You do not need to be timid or anxious. **4) Place them in a nonsunlight room for a few weeks, such as a garage. It takes me about two hours each day to give my grow light to my plants. 5) I have been watering the plants in the garage once a day, but I don't think it needs that much water since it is shaded. As part of my daily watering routine, I water the leaves to assist in reducing 6) After two weeks, slowly harden off the paste into the sunlight or leaning against a south-facing window. Take a look! The plant/value I purchased is exactly what I wanted. It is also a seller I will buy from again, however with a different species of Juniper.

In a pot is a twig
3/5

As seen in the product image and other reviews, the trunk of the tree looked relatively robust. My branch looked like it had been grafted onto a branch of an already mature tree. It is impossible for this device to be eight Perhaps a branch from an 8 year old tree has been ripped off. The local products I will be purchasing in the future are better than the products they sent. I can't believe they really have the gall to send me that. At worst, I am at a loss for words and recommend you don't spend any money at all.

It was exactly what I expected to receive! This tree is so cute! This is a really nice little tree and it's a bargain for the price
5/5

The tree came in a box marked "live plant," packed with Styrofoam packing peanuts, and the pot was sealed in plastic to keep the soil moist. The majority of other people were getting trees with curved trunks, but I wanted a straight trunk tree. I am very happy with both the product and its I was also provided with a little care guide for outside trees that I will probably do without as Chinese Elms can be grown indoors, which has been my long-term goal for quite some time This little tree has a long-term vision, or at least most of the time. Tree has green buds and shoots, so it should be healthy from the start. Here's the latest There were concerns about the soil shipped with the plant, so I repotted it with a new pot and bonsai potting soil (both available on Amazon) and it has taken off very well. A new picture has been I would still recommend this product highly.

It is useless to do business with the company
3/5

I received the tree and unpacked it right away. I found it quite nice. It took a few days for it to adapt to the shock of shipping, so I followed the directions and recommendations. When we had up to 35F and below temperatures at night, I brought the tree inside (the unheated room) because the tree was from Mississippi and we had around 35F and below during the day. In the end, I lost the tree and called the company to determine what to do about it, but I was rudely interrupted and told that having it indoors AT ALL violated my warranty, which they were not willing to fix. As soon as I mentioned their website and the care pamphlet sent with it both said that the tree could be kept indoors for up to five days, the person I spoke to said that was not accurate. A bonsai tree is a tree that is shaped as a triangular cylinder Since this plant has no decent surface roots (nebari), I'd have to spend years resolving that issue. The trunk of the tree was buried under the dirt so that it could not go into a bonsai pot without seriously injuring it. The bottom line is that I would NOT recommend this company, whether it is.

This is a huge There is nothing bonsai about this
3/5

In order to become a mediocre bonsai, this is a terribly wounded tree that will require years, if not decades of careful treatment. Be sure not to commit the same mistake as I did. Bonsai plants should not be purchased online, it is a waste of Get a bonsai from your local nursery - you will have to spend a bit more but you will get a nice tree at least.

A good value for the money
4/5

The condition of the shoes is great. There was a nice-sized trunk on mine, bigger than it appears in the photo. I did not recognize the picture from the reality. No branches were cut at the top only a straight trunk. My plant suffered some very slight leaf loss while adjusting to the conditions here (which is normal). The product was packaged well, and it arrived in excellent You'll have to wait a while for it to start looking more like a bonsai. It is just 8 branches that have sprouted where it has been there are great surface roots as well as a nice trunk. This sounds good to me! I had expected more style, but it was less. Nevertheless, it will be much better in a few years. It would be nice to have the option to I am very pleased with the price. In addition to draining well, the “soil” came in well. I'm not just talking about.
