Thanks to my being at home, I was able to do this. A knock came on my door and the items were left on the front porch. Paper towels wrapped in layers were in a plastic container inside a box, wrapped in wet paper towels. According to the instructions, I should have placed a bag in to acclimate them to my water temperature. However, no bag was added. measured the temperature of the towel and found that it was close enough to the water in my bathtub to put In a matter of minutes, all five were up on The size and health are excellent for me! It's beautiful how the snails look They have a stunning red color, though mine is a little darker than that shown in the image! My fish started cruising the glass after being dropped in my tank in less than two Here's a bonus Two snails were included in my package even though I ordered only one.
