There is no sauce with these, according to me they are very meaty, and they look like chicken meatballs. They are a bit pricey, but I can't get to a store, so, I mix with a cup of potatoes and dinner is ready.
This is what I buy for lunches at work, perfect size for women. I consider the beanless to be the best lunch option because of its great taste and convenience in packing.
