In Missouri, we used to buy Brooks Chili Hot beans every week at the grocery store. But when my family moved to California, we found it difficult to find beans that were close to what we were used to. When my parents would go to visit us, they used to buy them and bring them back. We're so glad you will be able to receive them by mail. *While other beans are too thin and as juice-like as a sauce, these have just the right amount of heat, spicy but not too spicy. The chili gravy on the beans is thick and more like a sauce rather than a juice like with Since these beans are packed with more flavor than other canned chili beans, our family relies on these to make chili from scratch. You can also find mild, if you don't like them spicy as much, and hot and spicy, if you do, but the Hot and Spicy ones are becoming increasingly rare. They should not discontinue them because I like to mix one can of each with two cans of the other.
