This is a wonderful, tasty product; I no longer have the jar, but I believe it contains some sodium. You might be able to "win" by eating only a few at a time and then chasing it down with water.

Oh my gosh, this is so much better than the previous order (hot dill okra) that it was gone in a matter of days. My stepfather discovered them and devoured them as if they were candy. The flavor is solid and enjoyable, with just enough garlic flavor to bring out the dill. the flavor of garlic br>br>I'll have to buy a few extra jars just to keep up with the demand (like a child eating candy).
I went out and bought a few different kinds of pickled okra to compare to my aunt's homemade version. This was so close to being perfect. A little more garlic flavor (which I will add to the jar) would be beneficial. The okra was firm (as opposed to being slimy and soft as some okra can be).
I've never had a problem with Texas Hill products before, but this was a nightmare. Worse yet, I'm not allowing a return or replacement? THIS IS INTOLERABLE!.
Excellent quality - like the ones I make in a can.
Ruined. I placed my order in good faith. I got one that was leaking and had the seal broken. It's a shambles and a stench. 00 was wasted on a shambles.
The okra was an excellent purchase.
This is my first time ordering this product, and the okra is delicious. I'd prefer a flavor that was a little more pungent. In addition, I believe that the glass jar in which this item is shipped accounts for the majority of its weight.
