Cooking in Greece is done with olive oil, not soya bean oil as it is in the United States. This product has very little flavor, which is very disappointing.

Okra is one of my favorite vegetables, and this product is fantastic. Although the can appears to be small, one can has already provided four meal sides.

Slowly simmered Greek okra- It wasn't quite what I expected, as I had previously tasted authentic Green okra in Greece

It tasted great with a few extra spices. For a quick vegetable that is unique and easy to prepare, simply warm in a pan and adjust the seasonings- For one or two people, it's worth the money.
