This recipe makes a great French Dip Sandwich! It's not tough, but it's very lean.
Tastes great, but there is one spot in the slices that is constantly stuck together, almost as if it wasn't sliced all the way through. I'm not sure if it was just one strange batch I had, but I've ordered it a few times and there is like, one spot in the slices that is constantly stuck together, almost as if it wasn't sliced all the way through. It happened in three consecutive orders, which is odd. It was difficult to simply pull the slices apart, but I wasn't making a sandwich or anything; I was simply making a hand sandwich.
For what it's worth, it's way too much money. There's enough beef for three sandwiches. I was dissatisfied with the situation.
Tender. Normal. I'm still too worried about the pandemic to get deli meat freshly sliced, but after this, I'm not sure I'll go back to the deli. It's ideal because it's convenient to have on hand and doesn't require immediate completion. Two or three sandwiches on club rolls can be made from a single pack. When we're in the mood for some delicious roast beef, I buy a few of these each month and have a fresh package ready and waiting, still sealed. It's normal, tender roast beef, just like you'd get it fresh sliced. Thinly sliced to medium thickness. Salty but not overly so. There are no unusual flavors or spices. It's absolutely ideal!.
It worked perfectly for making French dips. It's filling and tasty. The item was delivered in excellent condition.
It tastes like London broil, but there's a lot of garlic in it, in my opinion. I should mention that I am not a fan of garlic or onions, but they are used to add flavor to a dish that would otherwise be bland. It should be unnecessary for a good cut of beef. br>br>I recommend reheating in the oven and serving with provolone cheese on French rolls.
There are two thin slices in total. Overpriced to the point of absurdity.
