Two large ice packs are attached to the top and bottom of the box. As soon as I got the ice packs, they were still frozen.
It wasn't the end of their lifespan, but I ate them so quickly, I didn't care how long their use by date was. I would like to point out that The quality of their product is incredible.

My mouth is watering just thinking about it! Every member of the family enjoyed the different flavors, from our young teens to grandparents 81 and older. As a first step, we made a big bowl of white rice and tried out all the three sauces/curries. The fact that family members seemed to have different favorites is an indication of how delicious they are. Coconut curry with mango tasted fresher and sweeter, whereas vindaloo was richer and had a more savory taste. We provided cashew chicken and chicken tikkas for our teens, and both were much in demand. There was no food left on the table! It is a must that we purchase these again, along with Sukhi's samosas that we also enjoy.
I recommend this product because it's easy to heat and gives delicious meals that are both healthy and tasty. The chicken entrees are tender and the sauces are superior to anything you'd find in a fine Indian restaurant. Lemon rice is one of the best dishes in the world. As a whole, it is excellent cuisine and I am sure to buy it again and As well as Whole Foods, I found it there. You'll enjoy it!.
Although the food was tasty, the package was less than 60% as good as the one I bought at Costco, which is no longer available there.

Making my own Indian food wouldn't be the same as this because I've never been able to accomplish such a quality result. This is a highly recommended product.

Although the product itself was good, I was expecting two bags in one box and there is only one. The price is also the same as what costco charges.
