A single serving of HMR entrees is provided for each guest. It is possible to consume the entire contents of the tray pan when the package is heated and opened. In my purse I always carry HMR entrees to work for lunch, and I have done so for several years.
It doesn't have a lot of spice, so I love it because I'm not one to eat spicy foods. In my opinion, it's a light to medium spicy dish.

The diet products I bought from HMR were for me. There are a lot of benefits to these little entrees, including that they don't need to be refrigerated, they can be carried in my purse for the office, and they can be heated in the microwave. To go with my spoon, some shredded cheese, and a cold beverage, I bring these things. I will not be going to the fast food place. I keep sixteen different types of HMR entrees in the pantry for quick and easy access every day. They help me maintain a healthy weight, don't mess up a dish, can be stored at room temperature, and taste good for a diet meal. Would you mind if I asked you for one more thing?.

It is my opinion that this is the best HMR There is no doubt that this is chilli like you would HMR's chilli has a distinct flavor without the weird additive flavor many of the other entrees suffer from. Lunch at work or a healthy dinner with salad are both filling for me, and I find it filling. It is often served with a spoonful of fat-free sour cream on the side.

In the last few decades, diet food has undergone significant changes. Jenny Craig and Nutrisystem were two diet plans I tried when I was much younger, and the food lacked nutritional value. There is actually something good about this. Despite my picky teenage daughter's aversion to spicy food, she enjoys this recipe. A turkey chili made with HMR turkeys has excellent flavor, is low in calories and not too thick so it is easy to add additional ingredients to. Whenever I need it, I keep it on hand.
The flavor I was expecting to be disappointing in my variety pack was the turkey chili. This is incorrect! There was a disappointing taste to the other flavors as well. Despite its simplicity, the Turkey Chili was very flavorful. I have found it to be the only chili I have found with low calories and reasonable sodium, and it taste good too.
