I'm Norma, and give you my thanks for getting in touch. The HMR entrees can be subjected to high temperatures in a variety of situations and are still perfectly safe to eat in those situations. It is important to note that prolonged exposure to high heat may affect the quality of the entrees, just as if they were stored on a shelf It is important to consume food that is stable. The best way to test for this is to examine a sealed lid that is bulging (as if gas has been trapped underneath the seal) or a food item that has an unpleasant odor. this is the case, it may indicate that the entrée was damaged by the heat and should not be eaten. In addition to our entrees shipped throughout the country through all seasons, HMR ships subs as well. So far, we haven't heard of anyone getting sick. Because I am quite big, I thought the calorie count would be low enough for me to just eat two at a time. I was surprised to find that these fill me up considerably! In addition, you can add veggies to the side dish and you're done. There are times when I crave these! I found myself very pleasantly surprised at how good this tasted! Additionally, I lost five pounds in a little over a week. It would be awesome if I could stick to my resolution So far, I have not had a single meal that I disliked. They are all simple to make, you just take them out, lift the vent tab to let the steam out, and then throw them in the microwave for a It's that easy, and no refrigeration is They have pairing ideas on the carton for other dishes as well, which is very unique. do not have any experience with these yet, but will eventually try them. Mushroom stroganoff is what you get when you mix beef stroganoff with mushroom risotto! It would mean two meals, but you could always eat half and save the rest for friends and family, or if you have family you can invite them over. Those of us who don't like to cook and want to lose weight will find this very useful. My ONLY addition to some meals is cheese and/or garlic salt. I do not desire to eat food without salt, and yes, they do have salt. However, I do not desire to eat it if it doesn't taste salty to me. There's a difference between picking and choosing your battles here, folks! Don't be afraid to try them. I am not sure how healthy they are, but at my size losing weight is important to me and they taste really good and fill me up, so it's a win-win situation for me.

It was better to buy these because they are shelf stable, so I can keep a couple of them on my desk at work in case I get hungry at work at odd hours. The flavor of these didn't appeal to me as much as those from Hormel, but I tried them since they had some similar flavors. I made a bad decision. There is no way to describe how bad these taste. I have tried only the chili and its cousins, and they are all terrible. I have no idea why they make such awful sauces and the lasagna is the worst I have ever consumed. Despite the fact that many companies market low-calorie foods that taste pretty good, these are a major failure. Due to the fact that I ate a few of them, I can't return them, so they will sit until they expire or the zombie apocalypse strikes. If you don't want them, you can give them away.

I do not think it was disgusting, but I'm not tempted to eat another. There were six of these in my purchase. It was so long ago that I can't even remember what flavor it was. It was the stroganoff, I think. If you do not have the option to keep frozen foods, then these are worth the money, since they are not refrigerated. Better than these are frozen meals that you can purchase. In addition, the serving size for this item is quite small One nice feature of this product is that it tells you the calories and grams of protein right on.
There was nothing too bad about the price, and I liked the taste of these. The portion size is better, but remember to add vegetables and side dishes. This is a very tasty dish.
My favorite thing about these meals is the convenience and nutritional information they provide. There is a lot more to it than you think. To make them more appealing, you can serve them with a side of green veggies, a half-baked potato, or any other modest amount of vegetable that you like. One of the main reasons I am satisfied with my mobile meal center is that a meal entree is ready about 90 seconds after it arrives at my To get the vegetables on the side together, I am even counting minutes here. If you compare it to Nutrisystem, it is highly affordable. There is quite a bit of variety, and the thing I like most is if you don't care for anything but one or two of their entree selections, you are likely to be able to find a stack of just the one you want without having to purchase the others. As well, they don't have a lot of salt. You can season them as much as you like, and I don't believe it will hurt the taste. There is no need for refrigeration, and they have an extremely long shelf life. Also, it seems to be very useful from the point of view of emergency food.
