Finally, I've discovered a fat-free yogurt with excellent thickness and creaminess. This is significant because I substitute yogurt for mayonnaise and sour cream. I use it in place of mayo on my sandwiches, chicken salad, and deviled eggs. When I make Tex Mex, I use it in place of sour cream; you'd never guess you weren't eating sour cream. br>br>I've tried almost every nonfat and lowfat yogurt out there in order to achieve the perfect consistency of a thick condiment that will fool you. This is by far the most effective substitute I've tried for reducing my fat intake.
