I have finally found Greek yogurt I enjoy! Despite being smooth and creamy, this yogurt is not gaggingly acidic. It is one of the few brands I have found in the US that reminds me of any yogurt I might find Also, it is the only yogurt I've found that performs well as a substitute for sour cream in dips like ranch or spinach. You can take a teaspoon of full-fat plain yogurt in order to get the benefits of it If you compare it with a teaspoon of fat-free yogurt, they are very I like it because it is rich, creamy, and You're right if you think using plain yogurt in place of sour cream ruins most recipes. There is one exception to this rule, however. I would prefer it to be made with organic milk, but otherwise it is fine.
