Despite my dislike of yogurt, I continue to eat it. The Fage 0% tastes a lot like sour cream, though. You really can't tell a difference when you use it as a dip or dressing. You can eat an entire container of dip without finding any fat in it! If you want a no fat salad, you'll have to eat a dressing dripping from it! In addition, since it's greek yogurt, its texture is much like sour cream because it's not as creamy. My family and friends are amazed that it is not sour cream in the dips that I've made.
Love the taste and texture of Fage even their 0% cream is delicious! There are a lot of yogurt brands out there, but this one stands out because of its outstanding quality and reasonable price. It is a great buy that you will enjoy!.
Since yogurt has a grainy texture, I'm not a big fan. It is surprising that fat free products have a positive impact on its users. Light and fluffy, it feels good on the skin. The yogurt flavor is enhanced by adding granola and berries, which makes it taste like a fancy breakfast. For those who struggle with the texture of the typical yogurt, I highly recommend you try.
All non-profit organizations are on my list You can taste the sour taste of fat yogurt. In my diet, I only take 1% or 2% fat free yogurt.
