Smooth and delicious yogurt that is high in protein and low in sugar. It's one of my favorite things to do. Yogurt with such a low sugar content is difficult to come by.
In terms of nutrition, Triple Zero is a fantastic product, with only 5 calories per serving. In a 120-calorie snack, there are 6 grams of net carbs and 15 grams of protein. Mixed berry isn't the most exciting flavor, but it gets the job done and may keep you from overdoing it like you might with salted caramel or chocolate.
br>It's ok. br>It's a tad tart.
Another fantastic product that complements my WEIGHT WATCHER lifestyle.
Strawberry is my daughter's and husband's favorite flavor. This does not have a natural flavor.
Costco had a Dannon Oikos Triple Zero pack, which I purchased. It boasted about having no fat, no added sugar*, and no artificial sweeteners--all of which were true. plus 15 g protein per 5 oz. 3 ounces. What it doesn't tell you is what's been added on top of that. br>br>In the mornings, I enjoy eating yogurt on an empty stomach. A cup of Oikos Triple Zero mixed berry flavor was consumed by me. My heart rate dropped by 10 beats per minute to below 60 in just ten minutes. My head started to feel heavy, and I was on the verge of collapsing. To recover, I need to spend the entire day in bed. br>br>I've never had an issue with yogurt, but I wasn't convinced that a cup of yogurt could have such a lethal effect, so I gave it another shot. I ate half a cup of triple-strength lemon flavor triple-strength triple-strength triple-strength triple-s 0 on an empty stomach in the morning is also a no-no. The same sensation appears to have returned. My heart rate fell from 70 to 62 in just ten minutes.
I'm not sure why they're allowed to put photos of berries on if the ingredients don't include anything berry-like. At the very least, I'm hoping their claim of low sugar content is correct.
