I've placed several orders and have always received regular vanilla yogurt (as the title indicates), not Greek yogurt (as pictured).
It's just plain old yogurt.
Is this for real? Before you take ANY dairy-based supplement, make sure you've done your research. If you want to bring dairy products (or other perishables) from the United States into another country, you should check with that country's customs website first. It's rare that a foreign country will allow you to bring dairy products (or other perishables) from the United States into their country - That's a LARGE PERIOD. There are hefty fines for doing so, and a few countries have the ability to and will restrict your entry into their country. For the past 33 years, I've worked as a crew member on cruise ships all over the world. I've never traveled to a country where yogurt was not readily available in local supermarkets. Supermarkets are places where you can buy food. The EU, Asia, Australia, South America, Africa, Cuba/Caribbean, and even Russia are all part of this. To directly respond to your query: Yes, it must be kept cool. It's a perishable item.

However, I'm not sure what all the fuss is about—was there any in the first place? It tastes artificial to me, and I use artificial sweeteners on a regular basis. This is how you can tell it's a bad situation. It's also not as thick as regular greek yogurt, but I appreciate the effort to create a healthier, sweetened yogurt, so I'll give it two stars.
It has a terrible flavor.
My go-to flavor is Fit Vanilla. TO for the lowest calorie and best-tasting yogurt I've ever had! For a tasty treat, I put it in my fruit, smoothies, cereal, and just eat it plain! It was brand new when I found it on Amazon, and it's now sold out. I'm hoping Amazon brings it back soon because I'll be buying it on a weekly basis! Is there a way to submit a product request to Amazon, does anyone know?.
The flavor and smooth texture were particularly appealing to me. I bought a big bag and have been snacking on it all week. It has remained fresh for the entire week. I also purchased a black cherry flavor in a smaller size. It's also very tasty.
This has a creamy, ice cream-like texture. With cookies, it's fantastic.
The flavor is excellent. I can eat it by itself or with fresh fruits added. Smoothies are also a great way to use it.
It uses acesulfame, an artificial sweetener, instead of sugar, and the result is a horrible, terrible aftertaste!.
