An item got damaged on its way to us

A very frustrated person. An item got damaged on its way to us. In view of the fact that it was not immediate use, we did not take it out of its packaging. It was past the time for a return by the time it started to mold. As a result of covid 19 precautions closing their call center, we have not been able to reach customer service and support at Amazon. A very frustrated person.

Ship with confidence with great shipping protection! Those who have used Parmalat know how good it tastes and how great it is for cooking, and that was exactly Packaged very carefully, I was very impressed with how the product was shipped

It would appear that at least one corner of the outer box was crushed, but all of the contents were so well cushioned and secure that not a single carton got damaged. This item is becoming increasingly hard to find and I haven't seen it at the store for months, so you may think it is pricey for Parmalat but it is becoming increasingly harder to find. In my view, it was well worth the price to get a great product rather than going to multiple local stores to find nothing on the shelves.
