Lactaid milk and Lactaid powder were a big hit with my family We produce dairy products from cottage cheese. In our case, cottage cheese works with the issues of lactaid tolerance.

My stomach likes it and I feel fine after having it. In the past, I've tried Almond Milk (way too slimy), Coconut Milk (great to make sauces, awful for cereal, too oily), and even Soy Milk (also too slimy, not a fan of the texture). The lactaid is basically the same as regular milk, but I find it easier to digest and does not make me gassy afterward. The fact that they have also started making ice cream from this brand is appealing to me. My stomach does not have to suffer. I can now enjoy ice cream without sacrificing it.
It tastes just like regular milk. With too much dairy products, I had trouble with my stomach. I switched to this because it is real milk without lactaid. It had reached the point where I would have to give up milk or continue with the nasty results if I continued to drink milk every day. It is a bit on the expensive side. Between $4 and $5. The ratio is 85-6. The coffee is expensive at $3. 00 for 96 oz container, but well worth the price.
Since my kids were allergic to dairy products, lactose free milk was a necessity in our home. Each time we had tried a different store brand or generic alternative, we had to go back to this one. The creamier, richer version is delicious and doesn't put a strain on the stomach like the full-fat version does. In my case, I suffer from lactose intolerance. I used to go for years without drinking milk until I finally gave in to my kids. I've offered it to my kids as a snack, paired it with cereal and cookies, and sometimes, instead of creamer, added it to my coffee. Using it for cooking is the only thing I would not recommend. Most foods do not work well with it since it imparts a sweet flavor.
It lasts longer and has a cleaner and more refreshing taste. It doesn't matter if you cannot tolerate lactose (I just ate a quarter gallon of ice cream as an example), you should get it nonetheless. You don't have to buy it, unless it interferes with my supply. In that case, you need to get a different item.
This milk is my go-to all the time and I really enjoy it My tummy does feel funny after eating cereal sometimes, however when I use the milk for anything else I don't have any issues, so maybe it is just me haha. However I still recommend it, especially because the price is so reasonable It's a great book, I recommend you pick it.
In spite of the fact that she loves drinking other brands of milk more, she prefers this one. What is the reason? She asked me? described it as sweeter than she expected. It doesn't contain much sugar anyway, so this isn't a problem. Wouldn't it be great to have an organic option?.
Unless I just buy the 1% of this brand, this is the milk I always buy at the store the most. It's a very good milk to drink when you cannot drink This book is highly recommended!.
