It is unclear where you read that maple syrup is added to the milk, but there is no sugar added to it. There is no dairy/creamery called Maple Hill. Milk is just "bottled" at this facility.
In beta-cells, A1 and A2 refer to the types of beta-cells Milk contains casein, one of the two kinds of protein you'll find in These two proteins make up the most of what cows produce. Science and health practitioners believe that cow's milk with a dominant or singular protein A2 type would produce a more easily digestible milk It takes milk to digest. In light of the extensive amount of data suggesting there was a genetic mutation after cows were domesticated, the amino acids changed from proline to histidine based, and a different kind of beta-lactamase was formed Now called A1, the casein protein is located in the cell membrane. In A1 Most of the dairy cows in the US are American dairy breeds. The most prominent breeds are usually large European breeds like Holsteins or Friesian. Despite plans to breed at A2 genetics, we have not invested in any testing to determine whether our cows are mainly A1 or A2 or carry any A2 genes. Some of our farms are independently researching these options, with the conclusion that we cannot guarantee A2 genetics.
You are correct, it is organic whole Although it is an absolutely wonderful milk, I have never liked the taste of milk, I bought it with the intention of using it for cooking I got to try a tiny bit before I used it and it exceeded my expectations.

As a result, all of the nutrition and enzymes are destroyed before they are ever consumed! Their main concern is the shelf life of the product, rather than the health of the customer. I am so sorry!.
In spite of that, if you plan on eating this milk within a few days then it is a wonderful option. Generally, I find that it is good for about four days after it is open.
As a health conscious person, I prefer raw milk because it is not overprocessed, it tastes great, and it is not over-processed. The source I used to use has moved, and I have been unable to find a new one since then. One of the recommendations is to drink organic whole milk if you are unable to obtain raw I like the taste of this milk, and I like the fact that the cows are grass-fed, and the milk is non-GMO Genetically modified organisms. You're the best!.
Even if this doesn't work, there is still this next best thing, although I feel sorry for the cows who cannot enjoy the meadow grass, and the farmer must provide them with pasture grass. There are plenty of problems with it. It would make me sad if I were a cow, so this should not be as happy milk as milk from happier pasture-roaming If you ask me, I would love to see all cows moved to pastures, but for now, I'm content with grazing on grass. There is always hope for me. This milk is the only one I buy when pasture raised grass milk is not available and as you can see, I bought it and I'm reviewing it, so now you can see why I bought it.
I say Amen. I would recommend this product because it has high integrity, and I am satisfied with it. The only other thing I would recommend is that the manufacturing company should consider improving the smell. There is an unpleasant odor coming from this Milk and honestly, this is the only problem I have with this product. Thank you very much, Frank DeVito Warmest regards, Frank.
After using this milk, I no longer have a sensitivity that I developed from drinking Interestingly, I still experience this sensitivity if I consume any other milk. I think this is going well.
Milk is supposed to contain vitamin D, so why not? If the milk is labeled with "NO Vitamin D added" how can that be considered Since vitamin D was fortified in milk in the 1930s, many people are accustomed to drinking it as a source of vitamin D. There should be a note stating whether the product contains vitamin D. It is necessary for salt to be labeled, just as salt must be labelled There is no iodide in this salt, which is essential for nutrition. If one brand is an exception, it should explicitly state that. Most people expect vitamin D to be in pasteurized milk, if one brand is an exception, it should clearly state that.
