The question is good. On the carton is a notice that reads The fat content of milk is 2% The milk in this recipe is 44% less fat than that in I guess that makes sense.
My experience with some is that I just bought some two weeks ago, and when I picked it up from Whole Foods Market, it was fresh dated and still cold. Please note that this is a customer-only request The same way you do Questions about Amazon don't typically get answered directly by the company.

If milk makes you puke, and you need breakfast cereal, just buy milk! Milk goes great with Cheerios and no other beverage can make you puke like it! I love this stuff because I don't have stomach cramps or puke after using it! It's time to get rid of the vomiting!.
As far as Lactaid milk is concerned, it's fantastic. While AmazonFresh needs to do a better job of selling milk as long before its expiration date as possible, the company needs to improve its distribution. Aside from being good for a lactose intolerant person in my family, it lasts more than a month before going bad in the refrigerator, which is one of the main reasons why I buy it. People like me, who do not always use milk on a daily basis and don't want to spend money on regular milk only for it to go bad sooner, will appreciate the convenience of this. My experience with Lactaid from AmazonFresh is that both times I have purchased it, I ended up with milk that was way too close to expiration. Whenever I buy it at a grocery store, it never breaks. I thought it was a fluke when I saw it for the first time The next time it happened, it made me decide not to buy it from AmazonFresh anymore.
I haven't bought from them again because I believe these LACTAID MILK CONTAINERS SHOULD HAVE ONE MONTH EXPIRATION BUT THEY HAVE THREE-MONTH EXPIRATION Normally, they're usually one month. In addition, they always charge an additional fee on top of the suggested tip. They won't be getting my business in the future. INSTACART AT PUBLIX IS MY FAVORITE PLACE TO ORDER AND I'VE GOT MORE CHOICES TO CHOOSE FROM NOW THAN EVER BEFORE.
What "lactose free" milk tastes like, is that it tastes exactly like regular milk and needs to be refrigerated the same way regular milk does. There is no need to shake the carton, there is no need to ask what kind of cow that comes from (every kind of cow), there is no need to ask if you can dip donuts in it- Just enjoy! If you want to, you can, but it's messy. To find the lowest price, you should look for the stores selling it for the lowest price.
It's not for me, but my wife loves it in her cereal. She doesn't drink cow's milk, but she loves this stuff. In comparison to regular milk, she says that this is much easier to digest and she doesn't get intolerances as often.
The milk lasts for a longer period of time. Despite the fact that I am not lactose intolerant, I found this milk to have a delightful taste. Aside from staying fresher longer than regular milk, I also find that this milk stays fresher longer. My time to complete one of the 64-page books is about a week There is no need to use plastic containers unless you want to keep milk fresh.
It might be worth a try if you don't mind the effort It's up to you!.
It is great that lactaid 2% is available It has the same taste as regular milk but without the stomach upset The pain hurts. My recommendation is not the red carton with an addition of It has a terrible grainy texture, and it is hard to handle. Please stick with the blue carton in 2%.
