I wanted to review this since it seems like there are other reviewers who are doomsday preppers who have not yet tried it. I opened it up and ate a little bit. My account has been open for a few months now It expires in 6 months, so that's fine. But it doesn't expire one year after opening, which is a problem. There are millions of people working on it, and I am just If there were smaller containers at the same price per pound, that would be better. If you simply mix with water and cook in a pan, you end up with a pancake-like scrambled egg. It's curiously homogenous and doesn't have much texture, but it's still not bad. The difference between the two ingredients is barely discernible when combined with other ingredients. Combined with dry milk, I make a dry mix for baking that you just add water to.
