Salted eggs are the first time I have ever eaten them. The saltiness of these are great, and I definitely recommend them if you like sweet, salty foods. The eggs do not require refrigeration which is nice. Good for a midnight snack or for breakfast. The duck eggs can be difficult to peel at first since they are a lot harder than chicken eggs, but once you get the technique down, it's not a big deal.

The salt is a little overpowering

Could you please explain more about what these are for? Why not make a noodle dish with them instead? These are too salty for me to eat them that way, at least not yet. I like the ones you open and eat, I think these are a little too salty for them. Although, these would make great additions to culinary dishes if they were used to flavor them.

It was the same as what I had in When I ordered this salty eggs I was surprised to find that they tasted almost on par with what I had in Taiwan, it is really good with rice soup, and I will order it again
