When I got home around dinner time, I couldn't wait to open this box because it was so well packaged; I'm used to receiving items from other companies that are wet or not cold, but this was beautifully wrapped in recyclable paper with cold packs. Even though they arrived at 2 a. m. , the packages were in excellent condition. I didn't get in until 6 p. m. , despite the fact that it was already 30 p. m. Despite the fact that it was extremely hot outside at 30 p. m. , the contents remained cold and fresh. I dove right in to the Sea Salt. For dinner, I topped it with pepper and served it with toasted French baguette. It was incredibly tasty, and it reminded me of a traditional dairy-filled French style cheese. The peppercorn gave it a nice bite, but it wasn't too strong, and the tanginess balanced it out. I can see this one being mixed into a salad or served on a baguette.
