It's hard to say
You should freeze.
After I put mine in the fridge, it was there for 2 weeks
The product may not be available at the moment, but it has worked quite well in smoked summer sausages and hot sticks in the past. I enjoyed the taste of this product and the way it didn't melt. It would have been better with more spice, but it would be fine for most people as well. Adding more spice to my venison pork mixture was all I needed to do.

The biggest problem with cheese is that it's so addictive. Since most cheese melts at a lower temperature, it does not. But it holds its shape in the sausage when it is chilled when mixed with sausage. The flavor is okay, but it does not solve the problem of slurp with your meat. It would be better for items like summer sausages, but the bacon would work too. After a certain point, the ice will just melt.
In the end, I only received around 15 oz, not the whole pound as I had initially expected. The box of cheddar cheese and the box of pepper jack cheese both fell victim to this. Thanks to local shopping I have found it for less than 1/3 of the cost ($4 instead of $8. It costs $99 lb).
Although the summer sausage turned out a little creamier after smoking and cooling than I had anticipated, it was still quite tasty. Next time, I'll probably go with cheddar.
I used it to make summer sausage and it worked great! I like the taste of it and the way it's packaged is adequate but simple. A note from the manufacturer was included, as well as an ice pack. I would purchase from you again because the weight was accurate.
The flavor is outstanding, and it holds up well.
The quality of the product is excellent. As a result, I used it to make deer sausages. Cheese that I used in the past won't do any longer.
The Venison, PaperJack, and Cranberry Summer Sausages were a great hit!.
