This cheese is a favorite of mine and my son's. It's the best, with a fantastic taste. It's not too hot. I would strongly suggest it.

It had a bland, plastic-like flavor to it. I was expecting it to be a little spicy or hot, but it wasn't at all. The only positive (or negative, depending on your perspective) is that whatever preservatives they used kept it from spoiling for an absurdly long time; I've had opened cheese last for no more than a couple of weeks, but this was still good three months later after I'd forgotten about it.
