Our cheese is sent by parcel and is enclosed in a package hermetically sealed with dry string. We only ship cheese from Monday to Wednesday to the 50 states of the USA in an effort to avoid a waiting period in the freight companies and to ensure the freshness of the product.
When you have eaten food that has been frozen before, it is normally not possible for it to be frozen again. Since I am not an expert on the topic, I would not recommend it if the product was not completely frozen when it arrived

There seem to be a lot of knowledgeable cheese experts who are familiar with queso oaxaca. This cheese is rated five stars by a large number of people As the star. It should be noted that I am not a cheese expert at all, so take my comments with a grain of salt. If there were a pandemic, I would just go to the local grocery store to get my cheese. It's amazing how good cheese is. My only complaint is the shipping. They use USPS and even though it is fast shipping, the cheese will be warm and milky when you receive it.
